First-line treatment for SDM includes intralesional corticosteroids; however, to date, no therapy has proven effective. It is noteworthy that out of 8 pregnancies mother has 3 stillbirths (2 boys, 1 girl), 1 miscarriage in the 2nd month of pregnancy, 2 medical abortion. Two surviving children are a girl of 14 years (health), and the boy. The patient was diagnosed with pathology of gastrointestinal tract, an allergic condition of body, high rates of C-reactive protein and the total of IgE, the defeat of internal organs which determine the severity of his condition. While its effectiveness in removing tattoos has been well documented, demonstrating its use in other skin lesions is an ongoing process. Because quality switched nanosecond lasers and picosecond lasers share a similar mechanism, clinicians hope that picosecond lasers will prove to be useful for similar skin lesions. There has been a great focus in particular on proving its effectiveness in treating pigmented lesions, acne scarring, photodamage, and wrinkling. Owing to its similarities to squamous cell carcinoma, complete surgical excision is mainly recommended. Topical imiquimod is an ideal option for the problematic sites and cosmetic demands. Here we report a giant case of KA on a rare anatomical location, and fully recorded the disease process.
